The admission process has been designed for transparency and providing equal opportunity to all applicants in line with the ‘Admissions Policy’ of St. Vincent Pallotti School, Rasayani (SVPS). This is reviewed from time to time to incorporate as per the school management policy.

The steps that must be completed for admission at SVPS are as follows-

General Rules

1. Students coming from recognised schools cannot be admitted without the Leaving Certificate from that school.
2. If they should come from recognised schools outside the state they should have their Leaving Certificate counter signed by the Inspecting Authority of the state.

Registration Process

1. After your tour, you can register by paying the registration fee. Fill the form and submit the documents mentioned below at the SCHOOL OFFICE.

OR

2. After filling the application form online, a printed copy of the application form along with a copy each of the documents mentioned below are to be submitted at the SCHOOL OFFICE.

Child:

1. Birth Certificate
2. Caste / Baptism Certificate
3. One passport size photograph of the child
4. Attested photocopy of the child‘s proof of permanent and current residence. (Aadhar Card is mandatory)
5. Attested copy of previous two years school reports
6. Transfer certificate from the previous school

Parent:

1. One passport size photograph of each parent.
2. Address proof ( Permanent and  temporary if updated)
3. Aadhaar card of both the parents.

Sibling:

1. A copy of personal details from the School Diary (if sibling is studying in SVPS) 

SELECTION

1. A list of selected candidates will be notified personally through E-mail or SMS
2. Selected candidates will receive a message from the School regarding the admission procedure to be followed. Only parents of the selected candidates may contact the School Admin Office, if no message has been received.
3. The message will give the date and time of interaction allotted to the selected candidate/s.
4. The message received by the selected candidate should be shown in the Admin Office on the date of interaction. 

INTERACTION

1. It is mandatory for the parents of the selected candidate/s, to show the message received by them, from the School, regarding admission, in the Admin Office.
2. It is compulsory for both parents and the candidate to attend the interaction.
3. Candidates absent for the interaction will not be given a second chance unless permitted by the Principal.
4. Parents should carry the originals of all the documents attached to the application, for verification.
5. The admission/other fees will have to be paid on the same day, soon after the admission formalities are completed.
